Local Rules & Regulations

RNLL is governed by the rules set forth in the "Little League Official Regulations and Playing Rules," the  Little League Operating Manual, the Rancho Niguel Little League Constitution and Bylaws and local rules, as outlined below.

The Constitution was amended, approved by District 55 and approved by the members as of January 12, 2007.

 

 

Look for the seams (on a knuckleball) and then hit in-between them.
